DPS is pleased to announce the Google App Development Glass Team (GADGTTM). Google Glass is a wearable computer with an optical head mounted display (OHMD). Google developed it with the mission of producing a mass-market ubiquitous computer.  Google Glass displays information in a smartphone like hands-free format. Wearers communicate with the Internet via natural language voice commands.

DPS GADGTTM is seeking to develop a beneficial end user oriented program, which can be used in selling and warehouse management environments in the distribution industry. DPS, Inc. has been an IBM Business Partner for more than 30 years with industry experts creating software specialized to run on the AS400 / iSeries platform.

The Google App Development Glass Team (GADGTTM) is lead by Mobile Applications Director Ryan Ingram, working under the direction of Marshall Dunbar, Chief Technology Officer of DPS, Inc. Ryan recently became a member of the Google glass explorer program. When asked about the GADGTTM project Ryan said, “I want our software to improve the efficiency of wearable technology for the end user. Looking toward the future this will allow us the ability to use analytics in many aspects of the business. The future is in sight with Google Glass and DPS.”
